Pricing is based on standard two-week rentals.

Tote ‘Em Rentals – Rental Agreement
By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:
Equipment Responsibility:
You are responsible for all rented totes and equipment from delivery until pickup is completed. All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, normal wear and tear excepted.
Damage or Loss Replacement costs:
Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the card used at checkout.
● Tote (bin + lid): $10 each
● Tote Dolly: $40
Late Returns:
If items are not ready for pickup on the scheduled date, additional charges may apply:

10 totes: $20 per extra week or $7 per extra day

20 totes: $40 per extra week or $9 per extra day

30 totes: $60 per extra week or $12 per extra day

40 totes: $80 per extra week or $15 per extra day

50 totes: $100 per extra week or $18 per extra day

60 totes: $120 per extra week or $20 per extra day
Pickup Access:
All totes must be empty, accessible, and ready for pickup. If not accessible, additional fees may apply.
Totes may NOT be used for:
● Hazardous materials
● Liquids without proper sealing
● Illegal or damaging contents
You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
Liability:

Tote 'Em Rentals is not liable for injury or damage to personal property during use. You assume all risks associated with use of the equipment.
Condition Acknowledgment:
All items are delivered clean and in usable condition.
Changes / Extensions:
Contact us before your scheduled pickup date if you need an extension. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
Non-Return & Replacement Charges:
If equipment is not returned within 30 days of delivery and no extension is arranged, it will be considered unreturned.
You authorize Tote Em Rentals to charge your card for replacement costs:
● Tote (bin + lid): $10 each
● Tote Dolly: $40
Returned items after charges may be refunded at our discretion.

Payment Processing:
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.
Sharing Your Information - **We do not sell or rent your personal information**
We may share information only when necessary to:
● Complete your rental service
● Comply with legal obligations
Data Security:
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.
